Request Account & Data Deletion

You can submit a verified account deletion request under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. This page records a request for ownership verification; it does not delete an account immediately.

What happens when you delete your account?

• Active account data: Profile, social and communication data is queued for removal after ownership verification.
• Media: Active media references and stored objects are queued for provider deletion where applicable.
• Limited records: Billing, safety, fraud-prevention and security records may be retained for the minimum required period.
• Balance: Virtual balances and entitlements end when the account is closed.
